Meet James Beine, aka Dr. Fab, a veteran of both the US Army and the entrepreneurial battlefield. James began his journey as a Tank Mechanic during Desert Storm, where he honed his skills in precision and problem-solving under pressure.
Transitioning to civilian life, James dove into the world of technology, founding a computer store. However, as giants like DELL and HP dominated the market, he pivoted to IT services, adapting to the ever-changing landscape of the industry.
A chance encounter with an Engineering Recruiter sparked a new passion in James - the art of recruitment. Combining his innate people skills with his newfound expertise, he thrived as a recruiter, connecting talented individuals with opportunities that transformed their lives.
But James's entrepreneurial journey wasn't without its challenges. After a successful stint at Halliburton Energy Services, a reduction in force in 2014 left him facing uncertainty once again. Despite his best efforts, ventures into starting a recruiting agency and exploring commercial fishing and truck driving proved challenging, with the need for working capital presenting a significant hurdle.

Undeterred by setbacks, James persisted in his pursuit of entrepreneurship.
